Pineapple Sherbert
Ingredients

1 each - Pineapple

1 cup - Water

1 tablespoon - Lemon juice

1/4 cup - Sugar

Serves 4.

Directions

1 Slice pineapple in half, lengthwise.

2 Remove pulp and place in saucepan with the remaining ingredients.


3 Cook 5 minutes.

4 Place in food processor or blender until smooth.


5 Freeze until firm.


6 Remove from freezer, beat until frothy, place into pineapple shell and freeze until ready to serve.
