Ingredients:
For Marination:
Chicken breast pieces - 300g
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Lime Juice - 1tsp
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
For coating:
Crushed Cornflakes
Egg, lightly beaten- 1
Oil for deep-frying
Procedure:
1) Pat dry chicken pieces and then marinate with the above mentioned ingredients for about 10 minutes.
2) Meanwhile, prepare egg mixture in a bowl.
3) Place crushed cornflakes in a separate plate.
4) Take a piece of marinated chicken and dip into egg mixture, then coat it with crushed cornflakes. Repeat for all chicken pieces.
5) Heat oil in a frying pan, and deep fry the chicken pieces till golden brown.
6) Serve hot with mustard sauce.
