Freshly Hand made PASTA--------Chinese Style....

Recipe->
-Maida....3 tea cup,

-water,
-Salt to taste,
-Cookin oil......2 table spoon,
-Spring onion,
-soya sauce.....2 table spoon,
-Tomato Sauce..3 table spoon,
-Green chilli....4,
-Onion.....1 big..finely chopped,
-China garlic.....4/5 piece,
-Carrot...1 very small ..juline chopped,
-Capsicum....1 very small..juline chopped,
-If prefer pinch of Ajinimoto (optional)..

Way of cookin->

*Pasta dough..
-Maida + Water + Pinch of salt,
If once made Pasta dough roll it at ur convenient n cut in small strips whtevr ur choice size n design.

Making Pasta->
-Boil water in a Jar ,, Once boil water put it that pasta strips...cook till cook @ 10-15 mins.

Bring 1 kadai heat ,, oil ,,cook Onion+ Garlic till light brown + Sring onion + Green chili + Carrot + capsicum @ 2 min den put soya sauce + Tomato Sauce cook @ 2 min den put Freshly Prepared pasta n garnish with Cheese ............


TRY N ENJOY IT its realy damm gud but u won't find dis recipe at boook or net ............. its my own way preparation............
